Previously, she served as the managing director and co-head of Americas Real Estate for APG Asset Management U.S. Prior to becoming a member of APG in 2000, Hogan Preusse spent eight years as a sell facet analyst overlaying the true property funding trust (REIT) sector. She began her profession at Merrill Lynch & Co. as an funding banking analyst. Hogan Preusse also serves as an impartial director of Kimco Realty Corp., a publicly traded REIT, as an impartial director of Digital Realty Trust, Inc., a publicly traded REIT specializing in technical real estate since May 2017, and as an unbiased director of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a publicly traded REIT since June 2017. She serves on Nareit’s Investor Advisory Council and is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
